在常溫下將輪胎輪轂內的兩股粗鋼絲裁斷拉出，其主要目的是延長后續破和粉碎刀具的使用壽命。
Pull-out the tire double bead steel wire at room temperature in order to extend the blades lifespan in shredding and crushing process.
設備特點Equipment features
液壓站、油缸、電控柜等零部件全部固定在機架上，設備整體結構簡單、外形美觀、運輸和安裝方便。采用雙聯葉片泵供油，不僅使設備工作噪音低，而且在壓絲缸工作時拉絲缸仍以原有速度拉絲，提高工作效率及液壓件使用壽命。采用空載快速伸出，負載慢速裁斷、拉絲的液壓工作方式，顯著提高生產效率。采用提升機構，降低人工勞動強度。
The hydraulic station,hydraulic cylinder,control cabinet and so on etc fixed on the framework of equipment,so the whole equipment is simple structure,nice appearance,easily transported and installed.Adopted vane pump supply oil lower the noise during the equipment running and pull-out the steel wire as normal speed during the press cylinder working,which improve the working efficiency and lifespan of hydraulic parts.Used working way of unladen hook reach out,load bead cutted in slow speed and hydraulic bead wire pulled out,which improve the production efficiency. Reduce labor intensity via using the lift device.
